About me
This is my site. You might say, “And I’d love to see that” - “I came here especially for that”.
I’ll start with the basics, as it’s always best to do so. My name is Alessandro, as you can see everywhere on these pages. At the moment of writing, I have a couple of eyes, a couple of ears, a couple of hands and feet, and I’m almost 32 years old (nearly there).
In case you were wondering, I’m writing this on 11 March 2019, at 8 in the evening, on the train, on my way home from work. I’ll turn 32 on 7 April, the day I was born in Civitavecchia, bringing joy and pain not only to my mother but to everyone who has endured and still endures me. A couple of them still need to be made saints.
Read the blog!
I was saying, it’s all very nice, but I’m just another person who writes a blog - not a special one, or someone who thinks they are, but just an ordinary one, the quintessential one, in short. But then: what the hell are you doing here? I’ll explain right away (so to speak). There’s probably an article that interests you, or you’ve spoken to me, we’ve met, or you’ve known me all your life, and you want to browse what seems to be the closest thing to a web space that’s entirely mine.
So let the party begin, raise the articles, and let’s hope there’s at least one that you’ll appreciate. The day of comments will come, but this is not that day, because the only valid option is Disqus, but it’s harmful to privacy, and I care about this thing - those who know me know and suffer.
In the meantime, I’ll be extremely grateful, and I’ll be extremely happy to know what you think of me and what I write through one of my contacts. Oh, please, write to me even if you feel like insulting me. It’s nice in a way, too.
If you ever want to know more about me (recruiters, anyone?) I can recommend you to read my curriculum, here on these pages.
